I can't say that I miss Thailand very much, but for some reason Thailand has been on my mind a lot today. For Mother's Day we went to Zanzibar Restaurant for a late lunch.  A good choice, as the menu has a variety of foods from all over the world. Enjoyed a pisco sour in honor of the day. Then ordered Pad Thai!  Not as great as the dish is Thailand, but hit the spot and was rather tasty! Better than I had anticipated. Hope you have all enjoyed your Mother's Day.
